What Is The Mastermind?
Napoleon Hill defined The Mastermind Group as,
"The
coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work
toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony." He
demonstrated that no successful person achieves great things alone.
Every achiever is surrounded by people who help them, advise them, coach
them, encourage them, motivate them, inspire them, challenge them and
push them to be better than they could ever be on their own.
Most CEOs or business owners operate in
virtual isolation, shouldering all the responsibility but having few, if
any people with whom to share their concerns, challenges and issues.
This group, which meets each month in a safe and confidential
environment, is facilitated by a Robert Silverstone, a Board Certified
Professional Coach with over 30 years of business background. It
brings together the collective knowledge, experience and wisdom of
positive, like-minded, individuals for support, advice and constructive
feedback.

Groups are about 10 - 12 members and meet
by telephone conference once a week for 75 minutes. During each
meeting, individuals have the opportunity to share their wins and
challenges, while receiving positive, constructive feedback from other
members in the group.
